The Ministry for Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Reintegration and Humanitarian Services (MRRRHS) has concluded a two-day Organogram Review and Alignment Workshop held from October 13–14, 2025, at Yankari Game Reserve, Bauchi State.
Declaring the workshop open, the Honourable Commissioner emphasized the need for an effective structure that reflects the Ministry’s twelve mandates and adheres to the Public Service Rules (PSR). He urged participants to focus on function, efficiency, and service delivery outcomes.

The workshop followed a structured agenda combining plenary presentations, mandate mapping, and group work sessions:
- Day 1 focused on deepening a shared understanding of the 12 mandates, identifying priority functions, and clustering related responsibilities into preliminary departmental themes.
- Day 2 involved comparative analysis of the current organogram, review of proposed clusters, definition of departmental and unit structures, and the development of minimum–medium–ideal staffing models aligned with PSR guidelines.
Key partners — the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) and the E2R Consortium Team — provided technical support throughout the process.
The workshop concluded with commitments to validate and finalize the draft organogram, cost and phase implementation, and develop job descriptions consistent with public service rules
